Most convention attendees simply reach into the closet and pick out a favorite nerdy t-shirt to wear. Then – there are the folks who spend months prepping, sewing, glueing and repairing their con-attire. They get up hours before the show to begin their process and arrive at the convention to see the sights and be one themselves.
Cosplayers are a part of every convention and I honestly think they make the shows what they are today. So, while I was at Dallas Comic Con Fan Days I kept the camera handy and tried to capture as many photos of attendees in costume as I could. I even attended the costume contest on Saturday evening.

What do you think? Do you have a favorite costume from Fan Days?
Some of our favorite cosplayers were on hand at the show. Maybe you didn’t get to see them in person this time, but you could certainly follow them on the web for updates on their next costume and appearance.
GlitzyGeekGirl – See her in our list of images above as Legalos from Lord of the Rings / Hobbit
Courtney Zod – She and her boyfriend Scotty had the most amazing Alien vs Predator combo cosplay
Indeldude – His AntMan was amazing at this year’s FanDays (see above)
Jason Vaughn – This guy brings it at every con, with balloons. This year he was bob-omb and then Michelangelo (TMNT).
