Loot Crate Introduces Loot Crate DX

You’ve known the name Loot Crate for years now, and chances are you’ve subscribed to their core subscription box service or even one of their newer offerings like Loot Anime, Loot Pets or the newly announced Loot Gaming. Now, it’s time to take things up a notch. Our friends at Loot Crate have a new offering.

At Silicon Valley Comic-Con this weekend, Loot Crate™, the company that defined the monthly mystery subscription box category for geeks, gamers and pop culture lovers, today announced its newest monthly subscription, Loot Crate DX. Created especially for fans who are interested in higher-end products, merchandise and collectibles, Loot Crate DX takes the company’s flagship mystery box experience to the “next-level” by delivering even more exclusives and higher-quality geek and gamer gear from the biggest, newest and most sought after franchises.

Loot Crate DX - Crate Example

The first Loot Crate DX monthly box will feature sought after collectibles from franchises such as Adventure Time, Legend of Zelda, and World of Warcraft. Each crate will follow Loot Crate’s inventive monthly theme and feature collectibles, apparel, home goods and more – a $100 value for $49.99 including S&H!  (that’s US price – International prices vary by country)

“Loot Crate was created to help give a voice to fans of pop culture around the World,” said Matthew Arevalo, co-founder and Chief Experience Officer at Loot Crate. “Those fans have told us they would like to see bigger, bolder and higher end offerings. This is our response, and we know Looters and soon to be Looters will be incredibly pleased with the result.”

Loot Crate™ was founded in 2012 by an entrepreneurial team of geeks and gamers who thought that online retail was missing the sense of community, interactivity and mystery that we fell in love with at shows like Comic-Con and PAX. We emphasize phenomenal support and content, and include gear from some of the most respected entertainment and consumer product companies in the world.
