Loot Crate – October 2015 Unboxing – TIME

We warned you.  We talked about it for weeks.  And now, for those of you who just didn’t listen, the TIME for regret is here.  The much anticipated October Loot Crate, themed TIME, has arrived and it is even more wonderful than we could have imagined.

This month’s theme is Time — and, quite appropriately, we’re celebrating the 30th anniversary of Back to the Future (in the month and year Marty McFly travels to in Back to the Future Part II), the timeless appeal of Bill and Ted’s Excellent Adventure and the timey-wimey charm of Doctor Who!

WHAT IS LOOT CRATE

Here’s the low-down on what Loot Crate offers.  For under $20 a month, they deliver a box of Geek and Gamer gear valued at over $40.  Shirts, stickers, collectibles from companies like kidrobot & Funko, and random fun stuff like sunglasses & socks.  All the gear is nerd/geek themed and every month is like Nerd Christmas.  I can’t wait to find out what is inside each month.

OCTOBER 2015 LOOT CRATE UNBOXING

October’s theme is TIME and, as always, Loot Crate delivered with an assortment of items perfect for just about any nerd/geek! This month, they went all-our with a box full of exclusives, including a few items that I would have happily bought on my own.

Let’s play WHAT’S IN THE BOX?!!

As promised, the Loot Crate team came through with an assortment of nerdy/geeky stuff that we might otherwise have never seen, or in this case, even had access to.  We got to check out a variety of items for one low price.  It’s VERY hard to pick a favorite item this month, but I think I have to go with the Doc Pop!.  In addition to it being a Funko Pop! (yes – I am a Funatic), it is some of the most amazing detail I have ever seen on a vinyl figure.  That Hoverboard runs a VERY close second place.  Everything in the October Crate is a home run.
