Get ready to journey into the shadows once again with Ubisoft’s latest Assassin’s Creed – Syndicate. Or at least that’s what the majority is speculating and not Assassin’s Creed Victory after all. The official title will be revealed with the game is officially announced on May 12th, 9 a.m. PDT per the game’s website. If you go to that site now, you’ll be treated to ambient pub (English ?) sounds along with the above image. Look closely and you see what breadcrumb-type clues Ubisoft has teased us with for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Interesting side note: the brass knuckles is only shown on the site’s US page. The other countries show this image:
So what can we expect this time around? Sites like Polygon and Kotaku are saying hints have been dropped:
The marketing material (obtained by Polygon) states that the game will “transport millions of gamers to an astonishing recreation of London during the Industrial Revolution where they will find themselves immersed in a game world they’ll have to see to believe….[and] the game will star an assassin named Jacob Frye. – Polygon
….If early footage is anything to go by, will let you use a grappling hook and fight on carriages, among other new features. – Kotaku
And there you have it. These two sources are pretty good indicators on what to expect. Unless Ubisoft throws a curveball on May 12th, it may be a safe bet to say our next stop is London for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate. Be sure to keep an eye on the Assassin’s Creed YouTube channel where right now they have a countdown going for the world premiere. We found the video below and thought it wouldn’t hurt to keep those revenge appetites wet. Enjoy all the AC trailers back to back starting from the begining.
