American Horror Story Pop! Review

American Horror Story Funko Pop!’s hit store shelves/front doors a few weeks ago and we’ve teamed up with our friends at  Entertainment Earth to bring you a hands-on review of several amazing characters.

EE was kind enough to send us four Pop!’s, including Papa Legba, Cordelia Foxx, Marie Laveau & Myrtle Snow.  We took them into the dojo and snapped some high-res photos.  Now, we want to share with all you Funko Funatics out there.

This American Horror Story Season 3 Coven Papa Legba Pop! Vinyl Figure features the gatekeeper to the spirit world.

It’s amazing to think that someone so creepy could be made into such a cute little Pop!, but the artist did it.  The detail here is amazing. Check out that hat and cane. Papa has some style.

Marie Laveau Funko Pop!

This American Horror Story Season 3 Coven Marie Laveau Pop! Vinyl Figure features the Voodoo Queen of New Orleans, played by the lovely Angela Basset on the show.

Such amazing detail here that simply wasn’t a part of the early Funko Pop! line.  The snake, her necklaces and the detail in the hair is just so perfect.  Nailed it!

I know I keep bringing up detail, but just LOOK at that dress.  How do they get those tiny little roses on there so perfectly?!  The artist who worked on this series is clearly a fan of the show.
