Back in the summer of 2014, Marvel took a huge chance on a comic-to-movie that wasn’t that well known to the general public – Guardians of the Galaxy. The comic-book fans knew and loved the license and Marvel knew exactly what they had, but everyone else needed a little convincing. Then the trailers dropped.
Fast forward to August of 2014 and Boom! Guardians of the Galaxy, with it’s stellar cast, directing and special effects brought in piles of money and had us all asking for a sequel.
