Rosario Dawson Joins the Marvel / Netflix Series – Daredevil

The exciting news for Daredevil, the joint collaboration between Marvel and Netflix, just keeps coming. We’ve already heard that Charlie Cox will be “Matt Murdock” and Vincent D’Onofrio recently got the nod for “Kingpin” which sounds great. Now, Marvel has just recently announced that the very talented and gorgeous Rosario Dawson will join the cast as well. According to their recent article, Dawson will play “a dedicated young woman whose quest to heal the wounds of Hell’s Kitchen brings Matt Murdock unexpectedly crashing into her life, while her own journey forever alters the course of his battle against the injustices of this broken city.”

The 13-episode series will be premiering on Netflix in 2015. I know that sounds like a long way away but with plans for felloe heroes Luke Cage, Jessica Jones, and Iron Fist all getting their own series too…..we can wait patiently.
