SDCC 2014 – Nerd Fu Ready for Action

Next week is Comic Con and the Nerd Fu boys are ready for action.  Our small crew will join 130,000 other nerds for THE convention of the year, the Super Bowl of conventions, the Holy Grail of ….. (you get the picture).

This will be our third SDCC and, in between all of our regular Nerd Fu fun, we’ve been prepping to make this our best one yet.  First and foremost, we’re going to have a good time, but we also have a responsibility to you – the fans!  We’ll be bringing you the action from SDCC and we hope you’ll follow along.

SDCC 2014 – WHAT NERD FU WILL BE SHARING

There are a gazillion things going on at SDCC and every single person that goes will end up with a unique experience.  So why would you follow us instead of the hundred other bloggers/sites?  Here are some of the things you can expect from our coverage:

• Panels – we’re going to do our best to get into the biggest panels of the weekend – Marvel, Paramount, Supernatural, Game of Thrones, The Walking Dead, etc.

• Live Updates / Surprises / Breaking News – You never know what news will come out of SDCC.  We’ll be there and you know we’ll be sharing!

• Swag and exclusives – This is a BIG part of our journey to San Diego.  We’ll be hitting the booths and trying to get our hands on free swag and the best exclusives from SDCC 2014.  And you KNOW we’ll be visiting the Funko booth at some point (yeah – Day 1).
  Who knows, we might even be giving some of it away after the convention (hint, hint)

SDCC 2014 – WHERE NERD FU WILL BE SHARING

Assuming we can get a connection to the interwebs (we WILL find a way), we’ll be sharing as much info as possible from the convention and here (in order of how often we’ll be sharing) are the places you can follow along

• Twitter (@theNerdFu) – expect a lot of action here, especially during the panels. It’s quick and easy, so we share a lot!
• Instagram (@theNerdFu) – we love sharing photos and we can guarantee some original images that won’t be seen elsewhere
• Facebook (NerdFu) – expect a few posts to show up on your timeline each day and give us a like, comment & share – every interaction helps us out
• tumblr (theNerdFu) – we know you kids like the tumblr, so we post there too – why not?
• TheNerdFu.com – And (of course) we’ll be pulling together some posts when we have a few seconds free!  Most posts will come a day or two after the panels.  It takes us a little while to catch up.
