That Wasn’t The End for Seth Rogen, James Franco, and Company

You can’t keep a good stoner down. At least that’s what Sony is hoping for as they bring back This Is the End to theaters for a second time. The film opened up several months back on June 12th and got mixed reviews but of course had it’s own cult following as you would expect. I actually did get to go see it opening weekend and yes while there was some cheesy moments, overall the movie had my lady and I laughing almost constantly. When it was over, we both thought the movie was way better than what we thought and what we were hearing. It even had us quoting a few lines on the car trip home and for me, there’s part that I still refer to that makes us laugh instantly! My advice: go see it. I promise you you’ll laugh more than once. It’s a lot of fun seeing all these guys get together and pretty much just have fun making the movie. The cameos are soooo worth it too!

This Is the End really struck a chord with comedy moviegoers this summer,” said Sony Pictures president of worldwide distribution Rory Bruer. “For everyone who didn’t get a chance to see it — or saw it and loved it and wants to see it again on the big screen — we are thrilled to have it back in theaters.”
