When I first saw this teaser trailer, I was very intrigued to say the least. Sure we all know this familiar tale and may have even some other’s attempts at telling it. But for fanboy-turned kickass director Jon Favreau to tackle Disney’s The Jungle Book in this way has me pretty much standing and applauding already. The man is incredibly gifted behind the camera, in my opinion of course.
During the recent “Big Game” on Sunday, viewers were treated to several trailers like Captain America: Civil War and Jason Bourne. But, if you’re looking for something out of the ordinary with a little family overtone then perhaps you should look for “The Bare Necessities”!
I for one can’t wait to see this on the big screen. Having grown up with the story, I’m eager to see more of The Jungle Book through Favreau’s eyes and storytelling ability. Not only that, but the casting of the voice work is amazing!
